Consign DeZigns is celebrating its second birthday this month, being open since May 2007. Riverview residents for four years, Herb and Maria Gomes started this business after traveling and moving around the country for Herb’s job in the Air Force.
Consign DeZigns is a consignment shop for furniture, art work, lamps and other home décor items. To sell your items, Maria suggests bringing pictures into the shop or e-mailing them to info@consigndezigns.com. If your item is large, free pick-up is available within a 15 mile radius of the store. “We preview everything that comes into the store, to ensure quality,” Maria said.
Consign DeZigns is now also offering model home furnishings, which is new, unused furniture that has been used to stage a home.
Consign DeZigns is located at 3322-5 Lithia Pinecrest Rd. in Valrico, on the corner of Bloomingdale Ave. and Lithia Pinecrest Rd., across the street from Albertsons. Its hours are Tuesday- Saturday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
