The Way 2 Dance Spring Fling Performers showed all that they had learned and more at The Way 2 Dance 3rd Annual Dance With The Stars Spring Extravaganza held on April 28.
It has been a very exciting time at The Way 2 Dance located at 610 Oakfield Dr. in Brandon. In March, The Way 2 Dance participated in the Red, White & Blue Team Match. Teams from The Way 2 Dance (White), Let’s Dance Studio (Red) in Clearwater and Starlight Dance Studio (Blue) in Dunedin all met in Clearwater for some good, fun dance competition.
The Way 2 Dance and its White Team took prizes for Top Studio and Top Male Student. Tatyana Frost, owner of The Way 2 Dance said, “The Top Studio award was very big for us. We are really proud of our students who showed dedication and teamwork. All of them had a great time and wished they could dance more.”
On Saturday, April 28 The Way 2 Dance held its 3rd Annual The Way 2 Dance With The Stars Spring Extravaganza. The showcase goes beyond competition. Dancers do lots of dips and lifts. Frost said, “The event was filled with amazing performances by local talented students, delicious food, raffles and games.”
The Way 2 Dance will celebrate its 3rd Anniversary on in June. On Saturday, June 9 the public is invited to join in the celebration. Beginning at 7 p.m., there will be a live DJ, finger food, refreshments and performances. Come on out and put on your best dancing shoes for a fun filled evening.
Frost said, “Ballroom dancing changes your life and the way you look at it. Dancing improves relationships and you discover that have reserves that you never knew you had.” Frost added
