Park Square Cellar & Bistro will host its Seventh Annual Fall Wine Fest on Saturday, September 8, from 1-5 p.m. and Sunday, September 9, from 1-4 p.m.
The event will take place outside on the Cellar Bistro patio and in the breezeway area. The price of admission is $25, which includes the wine tasting, light hors d’oeuvres and a tasting glass.
Admission fee is waived for Cellar Club members. Patrons may pay at the door and will receive wristbands good for both days.
The event will feature more than 100 wines from around the world as well as appetizers specially prepared by Executive Chef Louis Zanghi. Throughout the weekend, Park Square Cellar is offering a special discount of 15 percent off six bottles or more. Cellar Club Members receive an extra five percent off for a total of 20 percent off their total purchases.
“We currently have more than 450 families in our Cellar Club Program. We will have club brochures on hand during the fest for anyone who is interested in joining to receive the extra discounts and perks,” said Mary Sarkisian, proprietor.
Park Square Cellar was recently awarded Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for its wine program in Wine Spectator’s August Edition showcasing restaurants around the world with the best wine lists. The Award of Excellence includes a blue note for a new addition to the list and a green note that Wine Spectator gives to restaurants that offer uncommon value for its wine program.
