The Rutledge Family, Larry, Kathy and Jimmy, proudly own and operate the FishHawk Pinch-a-Penny located at 16715 FishHawk Blvd. in the Sweetbay Plaza. The Rutledge Family does more than just operate a neighborhood, family-friendly pool store. They also offer weekly pool maintenance service.
Imagine if you would, that you had the time and energy to tend to your pool on a consistent, every week basis. If you did, you would have a perfect pool. But who really has the time to do this?
That is one of the reasons that the Rutledge Family decided to offer weekly pool maintenance service. “Our motto is ‘Every Pool, Every Week,'” said Larry Rutledge. “Every pool we do, we do the same thing every week without exception. The secret to success is consistency,” explained Larry.
FishHawk Pinch-a-Penny offers one level of service to everyone. This service includes vacuum, brush the walls, clean tiles, backwash/clean filter, clean strainer baskets, clean/fill chlorinator, skim the surface, use the leaf rake and test the water. Larry said, “If we take care of your pool, all you are responsible for is drying off.”
If you have the time and want to tend to your pool on a consistent basis, but just want to make sure that you are doing things correctly, Jimmy Rutledge will come to your home and conduct a two-hour Pool School. Jimmy will also follow up with you to make sure that you continue to do what you learned in Pool School.
Also, during the month of June, FishHawk Pinch-a-Penny is offering a free inspection to anyone who wants to have Jimmy stop by and give their pool a once over. “He will tell you what you should do and not do free-of-charge,” said Larry.
