Westfield, which owns and operates 47 shopping centers nationwide, has partnered with television personality Giuliana Rancic and the national non-profit Bright Pink® to offer shoppers “Fabulous Deals for a Fabulous Cause” at 37 of its centers in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.

In exchange for a $5 donation to Bright Pink, shoppers at Westfield Brandon, Citrus Park and Countryside will get access to exclusive deals from participating retailers throughout the entire month. The Bright Pink Book is available for download at www.WestfieldPinkBook.com.

Each donation to Bright Pink, which is the only national non-profit organization focusing on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women, will go toward fueling education and support programs that educate, equip and empower young women to build proactive strategies for risk reduction and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer.

“Breast Cancer Awareness month is the perfect opportunity for us to use fashion to unite and mobilize local communities in support of Bright Pink’s very important cause,” says Shaun Swanger, VP, Marketing – Fashion, Westfield.  “It’s always a pleasure to work with Giuliana and we’re excited to bring her story and message of hope and inspiration to our shoppers, while offering fabulous deals and offers from our retailers in the process.”

“Bright Pink is thrilled to partner with Westfield for the first time this year. This partnership kicks off at a very important moment, as we move from National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month into National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Through the sales of the Bright Pink Book and Westfield special events, we are so fortunate to have the opportunity to educate, equip and empower thousands of women to be proactive with their health,” says Lindsay Avner, Founder and CEO – Bright Pink.

Additionally, Westfield will spread Bright Pink’s lifesaving message by sharing breast health tips with shoppers through integrated social and digital promotions of the Bright Pink Book and special events.
