Tampa’s fastest growing new home builder, Homes by WestBay, continues to expand and announces a selection of seven new floor plans for sale in The Reserve at South Fork, a gated enclave of 111 homes in Riverview.
The seven floor plans, priced from the mid-$200’s, range in size from the 2,306-sq. ft., four-bedroom, two-bath, three-car garage Capri to the two-story, 4,846-sq. ft.
