Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA), the automotive repair shop creating a positive “culture shock” in town with its commitment to honesty and integrity, is now open on the corner of Boyette and McMullen Rd. near Riverview High School. The nearly 5,000 sq. ft. location includes nine service bays as well as an upscale lobby with a home-charm décor that features leather couches, decorative lighting, artwork and hardwood floors. Customers who wish to wait in-shop for their vehicle can enjoy free Wi-Fi in the comfortable lobby.
Suzie Bates, a returning customer who has been known to take a nap in the lobby once or twice while waiting for her vehicle commented, “I would recommend [Christian Brothers Automotive] to anyone. They’re very reliable and good. I have total confidence in them.” Bates has her two older cars serviced at CBA where she has had oil changed, transmission work done and more.
“I like the personal touch of regular e-mails and thank you notes in the mail,” she added.
CBA provides full-service automotive diagnostic testing and evaluation, maintenance programs and repair work for all domestic and foreign vehicles. CBA Riverview recently hired a third Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified technician.
CBA Riverview is owned and operated by Jud and Jenny Cook. Jud and Jenny both attended the US Military Academy at West Point. Jud retired as the senior engineer officer at US CENTRAL COMMAND in 2013. They have four children and both Jud and Jenny are musicians who play in local community and church groups.
“As the owners, we strive to treat each customer according to the Golden Rule,” said Jud. “It is exciting to have the opportunity to bring Christian Brothers Automotive’s focus on integrity, honesty and service to our community,” he continued.
