Southshore Uncorked is now open in Apollo Beach. The long-awaited family-owned wine making business has uncorked at 1432 Apollo Beach Blvd. and offers wine juice kits from grapes from around the world that a customer can take an interactive role in creating. Wine kits and supplies can be purchased by the home brewer, or processed in the store.
