Upcoming Community Garage Sale
The Twin Lakes annual spring community garage sale will take place on Saturday, March 22 from 8 a.m.-12 Noon.
Twin Lakes is located North of Lithia Pinecrest Rd. at the very end of Bloomingdale Ave. where the road dead ends. The sale is free to attend and everyone in the community is encouraged to come.
The only cost is for any items purchased. Many of the 500 homes in the Twin Lakes community will have items for sale to peruse.
Quarterly Assessments Due
As a reminder to Twin Lakes residents, the second quarterly assessments for the Homeowners Association are due on or before Tuesday, April 1.
The board of directors was able to keep the fee for 2014 at the same rate as last year and has been the same for the past five years.
These payments are important because it funds common area maintenance and repairs, insurance, electricity, water, lake and landscape maintenance, security and management services. Delinquent payments can potentially lead to attorney fees and costs.
Residents should ensure automatic payment information is up to date and should never place payment in the community mailbox.

Monthly Meetings
The board of directors holds meetings typically on the first Tuesday of each month to conduct HOA business. All Twin Lakes homeowners are welcome to attend and meeting notices are posted on the community entrance sign and Website.
