The traditional valedictorian and salutatorian speeches delivered by exemplary high school students will once again take center stage during the 2013-2014 season graduation ceremonies held around the country.

The bittersweet event is a time to say goodbye as students, teachers and parents reflect on memories, some of which will be cherished forever, while others many would rather forget.

Listed below are four of the 28 Hillsborough County high schools that will hold their so called degree day, commencement or invocation including the traditional speeches delivered by the students.

All graduation ceremonies are planned to be held at the Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Hall.
