More than 50 local business owners gathered in April for a Valrico/FishHawk Chamber After Hours hosted by A.J.’s Fine Wines & Liquors in honor of his 10th anniversary in business sponsored by Ann Spire of CMIT Solutions. The event, hosted at AJ’s, included live music, a liquor and wine sampling and food from local restaurants including Papa Murphy’s Take n’ Bake Pizza, Chick-fil-A Lake Brandon Village and Westfield Mall, The Landing, Chili’s and Publix. Tastings were provided by Crown XO, Bulleit Bourbon, Ketel One orange vodka, Martini Bar with Rain Vodka & Cooranbong Vodka, pre made margarita by Blue Head Tequila, Sebastiani & Five River Wines and champagne toast.
“We are so happy to have the support of our community that helped us grow over the last 10 years,” said Ajay Jambhekar, owner of AJs. “We have to support each other in business to make a stronger community and we appreciate our customers.”

The After Hours event is one of two consistent monthly membership events for the one-year-old chamber. The evening event is hosted the fourth Thursday of the month to encourage networking and membership of chamber members. The second Tuesday of each month, a general membership meeting is held at River Hills Country Club at 9 a.m.
