MiraBay, the popular SouthShore neighborhood known for its active Florida lifestyle, has launched a new neighborhood with one of the nation’s fastest-growing homebuilders, Ryland Homes. AMERICAN NEWLAND COMMUNITIES, and their joint venture partner NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC (NASH) are introducing this neighborhood as a top option for homebuyers looking for luxury and flexible home design with prices starting in the low $200s.
The Admiral Pointe model home opened in June. Located on the south side of MiraBay, this new gated neighborhood will have a clubhouse and pool within the neighborhood. In addition, residents of Admiral Pointe will enjoy MiraBay’s signature coastal lifestyle via The MiraBay Club and The Outfitter’s amenities.

Upon completion, Admiral Pointe will add 83 new homes to MiraBay. Ryland Homes will offer 10 options within the American Classic Series spanning 1,800 to 3,500 sq. ft. Pricing for these home options starts at $239,990. Each home is energy efficient and comes with a wide range of features including GE appliances.

MiraBay by Newland Communities is a 750-acre waterfront residential community located 20 miles south of Tampa in Apollo Beach.
