Having great success with its Concerts for a Cause summer series over the years, Newland Communities has decided to continue the tradition this fall.

As in the summer, the concerts will generate support for Feeding America Tampa Bay, while providing live music to be enjoyed at both FishHawk Ranch in Lithia and at the Waterset Community in Apollo Beach.

The concerts are free, but non-perishable food items to help area families in need are requested as donations. During the recent summer concert series, over three tons of food was collected.

The upcoming concerts will take place on Saturday nights from 6-9 p.m. and include some of the best local talent from the Tampa Bay area.

The FishHawk Ranch concerts will take place at Central Park, located at 14215 Barrington Stowers Dr. in Lithia. Concert lineups for FishHawk Ranch include Bluestone Circle on October 25. Newland will also hold a Fall Festival along with this concert, and it will take place from 5-9 p.m.  Besides the live music, there will be food trucks, a costume contest, hay rides and a pumpkin patch. The costume contest will take place at 5 p.m., and there will be prizes for the most creative, cutest and scariest. All ages are welcome to enter.

We are thrilled to host the first annual Fall Concert Series at Central Park in FishHawk Ranch,” said Lynda McMorrow, marketing manager at FishHawk Ranch. “This year there will be more entertainment and more opportunities for everyone to gather and support our local community. As the holiday season approaches, we are asking attendees to bring non-perishable food items to help area families who are in need.”
