Krav Maga Holds Ribbon Cutting

New Deli Opens in Brandon

Christine Clifton and fiancée Michael Brennan recently opened Oakfield Deli in Brandon. They pride themselves on their menu items being as fresh as possible and a majority of what they serve is made in house. Breakfast is served all day. Items on the menu include house-made buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy, omelets and fried egg sandwiches. Lunch includes deli sandwiches with everything made to order. The mojo pork for the Cuban is made in house along with the turkey in the turkey club triple decker. All the sides are also made in house, which include potato salad, macaroni salad and cole slaw. Oakfield Deli recently joined the Brandon Chamber and is excited to do more for the community in the future. Rosecastle at Delaney Creek Celebrates Grand Opening

The Bridges Assisted Living Residents Keep Active with Putt Putt

Residents of The Bridges Assisted Living Facility were treated to a game of miniature golf in June. This was an opportunity for residents to be active, social and a little competitive.      Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Honored with Award

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office honored Ms. Jerman in June by presenting her with a citizen’s award for her ongoing assistance in helping sexual battery victims. The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay operates the rape crisis center for Hillsborough Country. Ms. Jerman conducts medical-forensic examinations of sexual assault survivors. During these exams, Ms. Jerman identifies and treats medical needs incurred as a result of the assault and collects evidence to help law enforcement prosecute perpetrators of sexual violence.
