Homebuilding in Tampa Bay, particularly in south Hillsborough County, continues to be on the rise and Taylor Morrison Homes, one of the top builders in the United States, is busy with several projects in the area.
In the FishHawk Ranch area, Taylor Morrison is expanding on the success of its popular Channing Park community with a brand-new adjoining neighborhood that will be known as the Enclave at Channing Park.
