Presented by Verizon the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA) is preparing for one of the largest Parade of Homes in Florida. With 135 model homes from 37 builders throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Hernando, the 2016 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes is set for its March 5 – 13 run.
“The Parade of Homes has a long tradition of bringing awareness of new home construction in the Tampa Bay market. We saw a significant increase in new home sales during 2015, and early signs for 2016 are even more positive. The Parade of Homes offers homebuyers an inside look at the latest design trends and amenities, with the ability to create their own new home tour of Tampa Bay communities.”, Andrea Hawk, Parade of Homes Chair.
This year’s parade will display the latest new-home designs and housing trends. Model homes will be judged by a panel of building-industry professionals from across the country who will consider site plan, curb appeal, design, materials, outdoor living spaces, architectural detailing and workmanship.
Model homes will be open 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday throughout the parade.
