Pearl Chiarezza wants to help women overcome the challenges they face every day, and has brought together a team of inspiring female leaders to do just that at the Women’s Successful Living Brunch next month in Brandon.
“In our professional and personal lives we are going to come up against obstacles that will hold us back,” said Chiarezza, a Brandon resident who founded Women’s Successful Living last August. “My goal is to help women realize that they are not alone if they are finding it hard to conquer challenges and achieve goals.” The Saturday, April 8 brunch, which will take place at The Event Gallery in Brandon from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., is the second in what Chiarezza hopes will be a quarterly series and will feature a line-up of six local women who have overcome their own sets of challenges to make a difference in the community.
“We are working to build a local tribe of women who can help and inspire each other,” said Chiarezza, who also established and owns Bodyworks Health and Wellness Center. “My hope is that the day will leave attendees empowered to break through the barriers holding them back whether as a stay at home mom or a business CEO.”
Speakers include Valrico resident Shannon Carlton who opened Co-Work Landing, a co-working space for entrepreneurs, in Brandon last year.
“I am inspired every day when I hear other women’s stories of where they have been and where they are now in their lives,” said Carlton. “From losing more than 100 pounds to conquering the Appalachian Trail, the Successful Living women are conquering daily and I am excited to be a part of a group that wants to share their stories to inspire others to succeed.”
Sandy Lee of Sandy Lee Coaching, Home Keeper’s International’s Kimberly Solomon, Liz Everett of Liz Everett Style and The Osprey Observer Managing Editor Marie Gilmore will join Chiarezza and Carlton as the event’s speakers.
“These leaders have embraced the need for women to take care of ourselves first and have been successful in accomplishing this in their lives,” said Chiarezza.
The $55 ticket price includes a bagel breakfast, brunch from catering sponsor Livy O’s Catering and 20 minute talks from each speaker, followed by 10 minutes of question time. The event is sponsored in part by Lucyna Aleksandra Portraits. Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Tickets can be purchased for an early bird special price of $45 until the end of March.
