Are you in the mood for a good steak or seafood, but can’t find anywhere local to help you satisfy that craving?

Crossroads Seafood and Steakhouse recently opened just east of Rt. 39 in Plant City, and with its warm and rustic atmosphere, you can now enjoy a relaxing date or a night out with your friends. With seating for about 200 people, you won’t have to worry about long waits, so reservations are not necessary.

Laura Nogle’s many years at Carrabbas and Olive Garden have helped her prepare for her new role as the Assistant Kitchen Manager and Head Line Cook. She enjoys being hands-on and spends many hours at the restaurant making sure everything is perfect along with Mike Taylor, who is the Assistant Manager.

Not a steak or seafood fan? Don’t despair. There are many other choices on the menu to choose from, and for the little ones there is a Kids Menu.

Crossroads Seafood & Steakhouse is open Tuesday from 4-9 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 4-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 4-11 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. It is closed on Mondays.

Start your week off right with ‘All You Can Eat Crab Legs’ on Sundays. Starting in September, Tuesday’s will be Oyster Night.

Come on out on Thursday nights and enjoy Acoustic Jazz from 6-10 p.m. while indulging yourself with the Prime Rib special.

Happy Hour takes place Tuesday to Saturday from 4-6 p.m., and all day on Sunday – two for one on well drafts and house wines.

Right next door to the restaurant is Blake Hall, the perfect venue for your wedding, party or corporate event. The Hall is about 6,000 sq. ft. and can hold up to 200 people. A bride’s room and suites will help you get ready for that perfect day.

Pricing for the hall rental is $2500 for a five hour time limit on Saturday and Sunday and $1500 during the week.

Catering Director, Susan Bone, handles all of the events, including the coordination of everything from the food to the DJ, table linens. She loves what she does.

According to Bone, “I met the owner at a networking event after recently moving back from Denver and wanted to do something fun.” She is passionate about what she is doing and does not consider it work.

The hall can be accessed a day prior to your event for decorating and preparations. Bone then helps to coordinate all of the deliveries on the day of the event.

The grounds surrounding Crossroads boasts five beautiful acres where you can choose to hold your wedding ceremony outdoors under the live oak trees and open pasture.
UM Catering offers full service catering both on and off site.

Food cooked to order on the smokers and grills behind the restaurant can be used for outdoor weddings, ceremonies and large parties.

Looking to the future, the restaurant plans to host outdoor parties and concerts behind the restaurant. The outdoor area will be utilized mostly in the months of October through May.

Lake Hall and the outdoor venues are also now booking for holiday parties.

Crossroads Seafood and Steak is located at 106 SR 60 E. in Plant City. Call 756-5699 or visit on Facebook at Crossroads Seafood and Steakhouse Plant City.
