The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) has a new home.
Tanya Doran, GRCC Executive Director, said that everyone is extremely excited about the move. “Our new offfice, located inside of the CenterState Bank Building on the Southeast corner of US Highway 301 and Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview, provides great visibility, has easy access and gives us a little extra space to work,” she added.
This new location will help the Chamber to better serve their membership in several different ways, and is very visible and easy to find for current members and especially for the community at large. With the larger space, the staff will be able to service their members in a more professional and thorough manner. “We are also thrilled to have a small conference room in our new location too,” Doran added.
The office will continue to be open Monday to Friday from 9 am. To 4 p.m.
For the last eight years, GRCC has been housed at the Boardwalk Offices of Riverview, owned by Thatcher Properties.
Doran said, “Dr. Bryan Thatcher, owner of Thatcher Properties, has been a true blessing and a great landlord to the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce for the past eight years. We appreciate his kindness, generosity and support to help us serve our community well.”
Please come and help join the GRCC in celebration at its Open House and ribbon cutting ceremony, which will be held on Tuesday, May 15. The ribbon cutting will take place at 5:30 p.m. The GRCC looks forward to showing off its new offices to members and welcoming the community to come meet the staff and board of directors. Refreshments will be served.
