Adam Bantner is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney who runs a successful law practice in Brandon. Banter, who has been serving the community in many ways for several years, would like to give back even more and serve as a County Court Judge. He is asking for your vote on Tuesday, August 28. Banter is in Group 2.
Bantner has worked hard his entire life. “With the exception of two of my three years in law school, I have worked. I am a small business owner running my own law firm, The Bantner Firm,” said Bantner. “After several years of running my own firm and raising my son, I decided it was time to give back to the community,” added Bantner.
Bantner has the experience necessary to be a County Court Judge. “I am the only candidate in Group 2 that is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. This is the highest distinction an attorney can receive from the Florida Bar,” said Bantner. Board Certification for lawyers in Florida recognizes an attorney’s special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice.
Bantner is a member of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber for four years. In addition, he is a graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership Class of 2011. He is a member of The Brandon Rotary Club and is a Board Member with the Spurlino Family YMCA.
“My history of hard work, leadership and expertise are important characteristics for a judge,” said Bantner. “My skill set fits well with what is expected of a County Court Judge. A County Court Judge hears numerous motions, The cases are often smaller, and the judge will often oversee cases involving unrepresented litigants,” added Bantner.
Bantner has been endorsed by Representative Jake Rayburn, Earl Lennard, former Superintendent Hillsborough County Public Schools, and Rick Lott, Mayor of Plant City.
